Fallingwater
An Autumn Sonata
A triumphant celebration of Wright’s visionary organic architecture, and a landmark in 20th century architecture and design, Fallingwater stands as one of the most iconic buildings of Wright’s career. Join the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust and experience Fallingwater against the majestic autumn landscape of southwest Pennsylvania.
Start in Pittsburgh―a city full of architectural treasures, including notable buildings by H.H. Richardson, Daniel Burnham and Philip Johnson. Then, make your way through bucolic scenery to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Duncan and Lindholm houses, rescued from afar and re-built in Polymath Park. Enjoy a lecture and in-depth tour of Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece, Fallingwater, and a private tour of Kentuck Knob, one of Wright’s last residential commissions―where we linger for an unforgettable farewell dinner. The four-night, five-day itinerary is packed with insider-access opportunities, including invitations to privately-owned homes by Wright apprentices. Enjoy expert guidance, luxurious accommodations and fine regional cuisine amidst the glorious fall colors of the Laurel Highlands.
