Deposit of $500 per person is required to book the tour.
Final invoices will be sent via email and final payments will be due by December 15, 2022.
Payments are accepted by check and credit card. Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.
Cancellations must be made directly with the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust either by phone or in writing. Cancellation charges will apply according to the following schedule:
Upon registration: Deposit*
By January 1, 2023: 20% of tour price
By February 1, 2023: 50% of tour price
After March 1, 2023: No refunds
*Deposits are non-refundable, but in the event of cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future trip.
