FLWT acts only as an agent for the passenger with respect to transportation, hotels and all other related travel services for the trip and assumes no responsibility, howsoever caused, for personal injury, damage, loss, theft, accident, expense, acts of terrorism, delay, cancellation, weather conditions, strikes, act of God or military action.

FLWT also reserves the right to make changes in the published itineraries whenever in its judgment conditions so warrant, or if it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the Trip participants. FLWT reserves the right to withdraw without penalty any tour announced. FLWT also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a participant in the tours for any reason, or to require any participant to withdraw from the Trip at any time, when such an action is determined by FLWT to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general welfare of the group or of the individual participant.
