A deposit of $1,500.00 per person is required to book the tour.
Final invoices will be sent via email, and final payments will be due by September 1, 2022. Payments are accepted by direct deposit, check and credit card. Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.
Cancellations must be made directly with the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust either by phone or in writing. Cancellation charges will apply according to the following schedule:
Upon registration: Cancellation charge of $1,500*
By October 1, 2022: 50% of tour price
By December 1, 2022: 75% of tour price
After January 1, 2023: No refunds
* Deposits are not refundable, but in the event of cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future trip.
